Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the enduring impact of early childhood intervention programs on developmental outcomes among Nigerian children. The objectives are to assess the cognitive, socio-emotional, and academic benefits of these programs over time and to identify factors contributing to sustained positive outcomes. Employing a longitudinal survey research design, this study justifies its approach by tracking a cohort of 500 participants from infancy through early adulthood, capturing data on educational attainment, social integration, and overall well-being. The sample size is purposively chosen to include diverse socio-economic backgrounds and geographic regions across Nigeria, ensuring comprehensive insights. Ogun State is selected as a case study due to its varied demographic profile and proactive stance on early childhood development initiatives. The reliability coefficient score will ensure the robustness of longitudinal data analysis. Findings are expected to illuminate the long-term benefits of early interventions, informing policy recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and equitable access nationwide.
